Order Process
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that your order is in our system and we have started processing the order. It takes our crew 1-2 business days on average to prepare the order, then please allow between 5-10 business days for the order to reach you.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when we've dispatched your order. In the same email, you will also get your own unique tracking code so that you can keep an eye on the package.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 8 hours from placing the order. Please send us an email to dreampilloinfo@gmail.com with your order number. If you do not manage to contact us in time and your package is on its way, you can still return it later.
Delayed Orders
If the maximum time limit for processing and dispatching the order has expired and your order has still not arrived, don't panic. Please allow up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us quoting your order number.
