How can I return my order?
Send an email to:
Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name of the customer
- Customer's address
We will contact you as soon as possible and assist you in resolving the issue, providing you with the necessary instructions.
Cancellation
- Within 24 hours, all packages can be canceled without stating a reason. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact customer service or respond to your order confirmation.

What should I do if a product is defective or delivered incorrectly?
- Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this with you. Contact within 5 days with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Return Costs
- The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense. As our only warehouse is located in Asia (China), you can expect that the shipping costs are higher than usual. The return costs can amount up to $20.
How long does a refund take?
- The processing time for the refund is approximately between 5 and 10 days. However, please consider a possible delay at your bank of 3 to 5 working days before the money is actually credited to your account.
